Antonio Y. Bone co-founded Atlantic to share the extensive knowledge he gained from over six years of consultancy experience with EU projects and subnational governments. He holds a BA in International Affairs and a Master's in European Integration from the Institute of European Studies at UAB. Antonio is an expert in public finances and the evaluation of public policies, and he is also a lecturer on these topics. His vision and expertise drive Atlantic's mission to bridge institutions to regulatory success.

Enzo CaIdora co-founded Atlantic and is based in Brussels. With extensive experience as a consultant, Enzo specializes in EU policies, serving as a bridge between new EU regulations and our clients' compliance processes. He works closely with clients to ensure their operations align with the latest EU directives and regulations. Enzo's in-depth knowledge of European policies helps our clients navigate complex legislative landscapes and achieve regulatory compliance.
